Kevin O’Loughlin Bio

Kevin was promoted to Director in 2022 having joined the Birmingham new business team in 2018. Kevin spent seven years advising on a range of mid-market corporate finance transactions in the Midlands, initially at EY and then at Deloitte. During this time Kevin advised on a wide variety of transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and buyouts for both privately owned, private equity backed and listed businesses. Kevin has worked on the acquisitions of Orbis Protect, Altia, Correla and ICP, as well as the exit of Bridge Farm. Kevin is currently a board member at Altia and ICP.
