Michael Lorch Bio

Michael Lorch is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of North Peak. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Compliance Officer at LMJ Capital LP. Prior to joining LMJ, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Accounting Officer/Controller of MSF Capital LLC/EnTrust Capital Inc. Prior to EnTrust, Michael was a Senior Auditor in the Financial Services Group of Goldstein Golub Kessler LLP, where he was responsible for supervising the audits and preparation of tax returns for numerous hedge funds. Michael received a B.S. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Touro College and is a CPA.
