Robert Andreen Bio

Co-founded Nordic Capital in 1989. Robert led and initiated several investments and has held board seats in 19 portfolio companies. Prior to founding Nordic Capital, Robert spent eight years as President of a venture capital fund and then headed the M&A department at Svenska Handelsbanken for six years. He also spent six years holding various positions at SKF and was for a short period a professor in Industrial Management and Engineering at University of Luleå. Robert holds an MSc from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg and a PhD in Industrial Management, which included a period as a research scholar at Stanford University and Stanford Research Institute (SRI).
