Peter is an independent non-executive director and consultant. As a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience, he was previously a director and shareholder of Sanne Group, leading their fund administration business and serving as director of regulated alternatives funds. Peter is a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association and is an active representative of industry, raising standards, developing new fund products and consulting on regulatory developments. Peter sits on the board of directors of the General Partner of Nordic Capital CV1, the continuation vehicle for Nordic Capital’s Fund VII and Nordic Capital Fund X.
