Jane is an independent director based in Luxembourg. She has spent almost 30 years in Luxembourg, the first 22 with KPMG Luxembourg where she was an audit partner within the private equity sector as well as sustainability services leader. Jane was also Head of Sustainable Finance at Luxembourg Stock Exchange, prior to becoming a professional independent director. She now sits on the boards of a number of Luxembourg alternative funds, UCITS and management companies, and also lectures on sustainable finance at the University of Luxembourg.
