Claes-Johan is an independent Director based in Luxembourg. Claes-Johan has a background in international industrial corporations, venture capital and banking. He served in various management positions in Swedish Match, Stora and Lexmar in Sweden and abroad before moving into banking where he held various positions in Swedbank and Carnegie, most recently as Group Head of private banking in the Carnegie Group. Claes-Johan sits on the board of directors of the General Partner of Nordic Capital Fund IX, Nordic Capital Fund X, Nordic Capital Evolution Fund and Nordic Capital Fund XI, Nordic Capital Management S.à r.l. as well as Nordic Capital Cooperation Group S.A.
