Gregor Beusmans Bio

Gregor grew up in Maastricht, from where he went on to study Mechanical Engineering in Delft. This study aligned well with his technical passion for understanding how things work and can be improved. In his first job as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company, he learned to apply these insights to the business world. There, he discovered his preference for the dynamics and rapid decision-making within the SME sector. To take more direct responsibility for strategic decisions, Gregor made the transition to Private Equity and started in the buy-out team at Rabobank Private Equity. From here, he was closely involved as one of the founders in the spin-off of Nordian in 2014, where he has been one of the managing partners since 2022. Outside of work, you can often find him on his racing bike or on the ice rink in winter.
