Travis Rae Bio

Travis Rae is a Vice President and Controller for NMS. Travis joined the firm in 2011 and is responsible for financial reporting, taxes, compliance and investor communications. Prior to joining NMS, Travis served as Controller for Unified 360, a private Dallas-based technology company. While at Unified 360, Travis was primarily responsible for all financial reporting, finance, accounting, and human resource duties of the organization. He was also involved in the negotiation and execution of client agreements and client third party financing. Travis’s background includes experience with KPMG and Whitley Penn where he was responsible for a range of audit and advisory services for public and private clients, specializing in consumer, industrial, and energy business lines. Travis graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Master of Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting.
