Madeline Schneiter Bio

Madeline Schneiter is a Vice President at NMS Capital, having joined the Firm’s Portfolio Optimization Group in 2023. Madeline is responsible for partnering with NMS portfolio companies to drive equity value by identifying key business opportunities, coaching senior management teams, adding critical resources, and implementing priority initiatives. Prior to joining NMS, Madeline was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where she led growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement efforts across a variety of industries. Madeline holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Yale University.
