Kevin Connelly Bio

Kevin Connelly is an Executive Vice President at NMS Capital, having joined the Firm’s Portfolio Optimization Group in 2021. Kevin is responsible for partnering with NMS portfolio companies to drive equity value by identifying key business opportunities, coaching senior management teams, adding critical resources, and implementing priority initiatives. Prior to joining NMS, Kevin was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company, where he led commercial, M&A, and operational improvement efforts across both healthcare and business services sectors. Kevin holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction.
