Donza Worden Bio

Donza Worden is a Vice President with New MainStream Capital (“NMS”). Mr. Worden joined NMS in 2017 and is involved in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring the firm’s investments. Prior to joining NMS, from 2014 to 2017 Mr. Worden was an Associate at LaSalle Capital (“LaSalle”), a Chicago-based, middle-market private equity firm focused on food and beverage and business services investments. During his tenure at LaSalle, Mr. Worden was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring the firm’s investments. Prior to joining LaSalle, Mr. Worden was an Analyst in the industrial investment banking group of Robert W. Baird in Chicago, where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions and equity and debt financings. Mr. Worden graduated summa cum laude from Albion College with a B.A. in Economics in 2012.
