Daniel Schwartz Bio

Daniel Schwartz is a Partner with NMS. Daniel co-leads the Business Services sector at NMS and is involved in all aspects of origination, execution, management and exit for the firm’s investments. Prior to joining NMS, Daniel spent more than 12 years executing and managing private equity investments across the business services landscape. Daniel was most recently with CIP Capital, and worked at Halyard Capital before that. He started his career as an investment banker at Bear Stearns where he worked on M&A transactions as well as debt and equity financings across the technology, media and communications sectors. Daniel received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
