After starting her career in a consulting firm in New York, Priti joined the private equity sector in 1999. In 2006, she joined Natixis Private Equity and became Partner responsible for Business Development and M&A for the portfolio. It was at NPE that she worked with teams from NiXEN Partners and Jean-Paul for the first time. From 2012 she managed her firm, Primafi Partners, which offered services in M&A and private equity investment management to Family Offices and family-owned SMEs/ETIs.
