Jonathan Zimbalist Bio

Jonathan (“JZ”) co-founded two private equity funds, Eureka Growth Capital and Nili Capital. JZ managed SPC Global as part of Nili’s Fund I. JZ is responsible for overall fund management in addition to transaction evaluation, negotiation and management of portfolio company teams. JZ’s focus is to bring sophisticated private equity resources to the lower middle market, investing in over 30 platform companies over 20 years, primarily in the U.S. with add-on acquisitions in Europe and Asia. Prior to Eureka, JZ executed and managed leveraged buyout transactions on behalf of the Berwind family office. JZ has a BS from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
