Jill Lampert Bio

Jill serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of NGP and oversees the firm’s financial reporting, tax, accounting and other administrative functions such as technology, marketing, human resources and support operations. She joined NGP in 2007. Since taking her current position, NGP has significantly grown its capital commitments. To support this growth, Jill has built out the infrastructure to sustain the increased number of investors and entities, as well as the associated complexities and demands for enhanced reporting from both investors and regulators. Jill is a current member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. After beginning at Arthur Andersen, she has served in other financial, accounting and operational roles throughout her career, including serving as Controller of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation from 2002 to 2006. Jill is a Certified Public Accountant, and she earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin in 1988.
