Carey Peters Bio

As Fund Controller of NGP, Carey manages the fund accounting operations and related controls. She oversees the preparation of the fund’s financial statements and other investor reports, including capital call notices, distribution notices and partner capital statements. She joined NGP in 2007. Prior to NGP, Carey worked at Chevron and Burlington Resources in internal audit and various accounting groups. Carey is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Management Information Systems in 2000 from Texas A&M University.
