Stephen Rosser Bio

Stephen joined NextEnergy Capital in 2022 focusing on UK M&A, portfolio development and management of regulatory and legal risk. Previously General Counsel & Company Secretary of Good Energy Group plc and Legal Director at Centrica/British Gas, Stephen has broad experience across the UK energy sector and has been particularly focused on clean technologies and renewable generation since 2010. Prior to joining NextEnergy Capital, Stephen worked as a consultant advising firms on strategic risk management, energy regulation and corporate power purchase agreements. Stephen is a qualified solicitor and began his M&A career at international firm Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) in 2002.
