Mr. Sebold is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments at Newstone. Prior to joining Newstone, Mr. Sebold was an Associate in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Sebold was a corporate attorney for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private equity fund formation. Mr. Sebold received his M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from Emory University.
