Tracy Fauls Bio

Tracy Fauls joined NewSpring in 2023 as Director of Talent & Development. At NewSpring, Tracy is focused on people development, project management, operational organization, career development, employee engagement and wellness, and overall team advancement. Prior to NewSpring, Tracy was the Director of People for YieldX, Inc. an end-to-end digital platform that offered a portal to liquid global yield-driven opportunities. Within her first year at YX she successfully doubled the team size and prepared the company for an acquisition by a global financial growth platform built for advisors and clients. Before YieldX, Tracy was the Head of Human Resources and People Development at LegacyAdvisors, LLC, an independent RIA headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, PA, for 15 years. Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Villanova University.
