David Keating Bio

David joined New State Capital Partners in 2025, with 15 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and operations across both public and private technology companies. Prior to joining New State, David led go-to market strategy and operations at Komodo Health, a series E health technology company. At Komodo, he led teams responsible for incentive compensation, sales and revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Komodo, David spent six years at Meta, working with different sales and sales enablement teams to drive business planning, operational efficiencies, and revenue and cost forecasting. David earned his undergraduate degree in American Studies from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. in Technology and Entrepreneurship from the Johnson Graduate School of Business.
