Jag Buddhavarapu Bio

Jag Buddhavarapu, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2021. Mr. Buddhavarapu is primarily dedicated to New Mountain’s credit business. Prior to joining New Mountain, he was an Associate in the CLO group at Sixth Street Partners. Mr. Buddhavarapu started his career in the Leveraged Finance group at Credit Suisse and also spent time in the High Yield Research group at Goldman Sachs. He received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from the NYU Stern School of Business in 2015.
