Arina Popova, Head of Legal, joined New Mountain Capital in 2018. Before joining New Mountain Capital, Ms. Popova was a Counsel in the Corporate Department at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP. Prior to joining Paul Weiss, Ms. Popova was an Associate in the Corporate Department at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Ms. Popova holds a J.D. from St. Petersburg State University School of Law, LL.M. from New York University School of Law and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
