Andrew Barous, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2006. He previously served as a small-business advisor and community development volunteer with the Peace Corps in the Kingdom of Tonga, South Pacific. He is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, International Economics Honorary Society, and received his B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College in 2001.
