Trey Miller Bio

Trey joined NCP in 2015. As Managing Director, Trey is involved in the management of current portfolio investments, as well as execution of new fund opportunities. Trey currently serves on the Boards of ACES, Precision, and ControlCase. He also oversees the investment in ArielRe. Trey previously served as a Board Member of former portfolio companies Healthfuse (sold to InTandem Capital), CollectRx (merged with Wakefield & Associates), Fident (sold to Avel eCare) and Volly (sold to Williston Financial Group). While in graduate school, Trey spent his internship with the CapStreet Group, a middle market private equity fund, where he worked on M&A transactions and portfolio management projects. Prior to graduate school, Trey worked for Select Energy Services in Houston, Texas, where he served as the Assistant Director of Corporate Development and facilitated the acquisition of 18 oil and gas services companies throughout North America. Trey holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler where he was a Dean’s Fellow and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where he was a member of the Cross Country and Track teams.
