Olivia Arnold Bio

Olivia joined NCP in 2022. As Vice President of Talent, Olivia is responsible for executive-level recruiting and talent strategy for NCP’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining NCP, Olivia was a Director at Vaco, where she partnered with clients across various industries to provide talent solutions. Previously, Olivia worked as a Senior Consultant in the Technology Risk practice at EY. Olivia earned an MBA, an MS in Management Information Systems, and a BA from the University of Alabama.
