A graduate of ESSEC Business School (2005), Anaëlle began her career at Société Générale CIB, first as a social management controller and then as a credit analyst for financial institutions. Originally from Normandy, she took charge of a corporate business center there in 2012, before heading up a group of branches. Attracted by the world of SMEs, she joined the Altitude Infrastructure group in 2017 as Deputy CFO, and took charge of financing fiber optic infrastructure projects. She joined NCI at the end of 2018 to monitor part of the portfolio's investments and support them in their value creation process. In 2024, she became Director of the Performance Division and ESG representative for NCI.
