Mike Smith Bio

Michael Smith, CFA is a Principal of Neuberger Berman and a member of the Private Equity investment team, focused on primary investments and co-investments in North America. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Michael was a Vice President within Bank of America / Merrill Lynch’s Private Equity investment team, where he was responsible for primary, secondary and co-investment transactions across a range of asset classes. Michael holds a B.S.B.A. from Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
