Li Li Bio

Li Li is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman, focusing on primary fund investments and direct equity co-investments in Asia. Ms. Li has over 25 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, she was a Managing Director at Shanghai Guohe Capital, where she was responsible for making private equity investments across a broad range of industries in China. Previously, Ms. Li was a Vice President at PIMCO Asia, advising institutional clients in Greater China on their investment strategies. She began her career at China Merchants Bank in a couple of roles, including financing in international capital markets and executing merger & acquisition opportunities for the bank. Ms. Li received MBA from the University of Michigan, MA from the People’s Bank of China Finance School of Tsinghua University, and BA in Finance from the Southwestern University of Finance & Economics in China.
