Lorenzo Caru Bio

Lorenzo Carù is a Partner at Aurora and former Partner at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, which he joined in February 2011. He began his career in 1999 as an auditor for Pricewaterhouse and from 2004 he worked in the Transaction Services division of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services SpA where, as Director of the private equity division, he followed numerous acquisitions and disposals on behalf of primary Italian and international private equity funds, with specific focus on investments in SMEs. He has also served on the boards of directors of EMARC SpA., Comecer SpA, Elco SpA and Veenstra Instrumenten BV and he is currently member of the board of directors of AMUT SpA, DBA Group SpA, Dierre SpA,, PromoPharma SpA. Lorenzo graduated in Business Economics from the University Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza – LIUC.
