Mr. Ross has more than 12 years of private equity investing experience. Prior to joining NaviMed Capital in 2015, Mr. Ross was an Associate at Capitala Group, a capital provider to lower and middle-market companies, where he supported control equity, minority equity, and other structured investments across several industries. At NaviMed, he has originated, executed, and managed investments in healthcare providers, healthcare payors, and outsourced pharmaceutical services. Mr. Ross currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Advantage Surgical & Wound Care, Citrus Health Group, and Lighthouse Lab Services. Mr. Ross previously served on the Boards of Directors of The CM Group and Velocity Clinical Research. Mr. Ross holds a BS in Finance from East Carolina University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
