Ferdinand Mirow is the co-founder and partner of Navigator Capital. He started his career as a controller at H.C.Starck, contributing to the carve-out and following sale of the company to The Carlyle Group and Advent International. Implementing a new cost controlling system and contributing to the implementation of a new SAP as well as the optimization of purchasing processes had been parts of his responsibilities. Additionally, he was in charge of sales reporting, the budgeting process, bank and general reporting. After that he joined B2X Care GmbH, a logistics company with close ties to Blackberry’s after sales business, in comparable function. Prior to Navigator Capital, he became Commercial Manager/CFO of Studio Halle Group, where he initiated and managed the restructuring process and successfully negotiated financial terms with banks, partners and customers.
