Stéphane Huot Bio

Stéphane is the President and COO of NAMAKOR Holdings, leads all new investment opportunities, and is a member of the investment committee. Working with Patrick Dussault for close to 20 years, Stéphane has completed over CAD $270 million in transactions. As a former member of the Control Management Team at Bombardier Transport and Vice-President of Johnvince Foods, Stéphane has acquired deep operational experience and expertise. He currently is on the boards of Termaco, e2ip, Duchesne and GelPac, which have experienced strong consistent growth under his leadership. Stéphane’s operational experience ensures that the businesses reach their full potential to unlock shareholder value. Stéphane enjoys a stellar track record in the building of strong teams and in the enhancement of the skills and synergy of his teams to optimize productivity and performance. Stéphane holds a diploma in business administration from UQAM. Throughout the years, he has gained solid experience in management, finance and operational control.
