Charles Street Bio

Charles joined MxP in July 2020 to assist with new deal origination and execution and provide portfolio management and acquisitions expertise. He helps to look after MxP’s co-investor fundraising relationships and works closely with LP’s. Prior to joining MxP, Charles spent seven years in the Development Capital investment team at Octopus Investments. At Octopus, Charles undertook origination and execution of multi-sector private equity management buyouts and growth capital transactions in the UK and Western Europe with a focus on healthcare, manufacturing, business services, technology and software businesses. He held several Board seats, and supported portfolio companies through successive funding rounds and stages of growth. Charles holds a Management Studies degree from Cambridge University Judge Business School and a degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from Cambridge.
