David Durie Bio

David joined Murray Capital in March 2021 as Property Director. He is responsible for all property interests of Murray Capital and will also support the future development of the Murray Estates land assets. David graduated with a joint honours degree in Property and Spatial Planning at the University of Aberdeen in 2008. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS registered valuer with JLL in Edinburgh, where he was an agent in the Office and Industrial team for over three years. Following this, over the next ten years David gained varied development, planning, transactional and asset management experience in the roles he has since held at EDI Group Ltd, Wemyss Properties Ltd and Lidl Scotland.
