Mike Rogan Bio

Mike is a Solicitor who qualified with City law firm Lawrence Graham in 1992. After working in London for 5 years he relocated back to the north and spent 4 years with Addleshaw Goddard, advising private equity clients and management teams on all aspects of private equity deals. In 1999 he was recruited by Murray Johnstone, and became an investment director in the North West investment team until he left to establish mpe in 2006. He has extensive experience of all aspects of private equity transactions, post investment management and corporate finance.
