Simona Gemeneanu Bio

Before Morphosis Capital, Simona spent 15 years in Bucharest, Paris and London in Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development roles in leading companies in their field (PwC, Thomson Reuters), accumulating significant experience in strategy, origination, deal execution and valuation within information services, healthcare and technology business models, completing over 20 transactions and demonstrating a solid track record in building effective partnerships with the sellers. Over the past 7 years with Morphosis Capital, Simona has been primarily responsible for the Fund strategy, origination, deal execution and portfolio management, with Board positions in DocProcess and EMI Romania. In addition, Simona is the designated ESG partner and deals with matters related to Investor Relations. Simona holds a BA in International Relations from Al. I. Cuza University and an MBA degree from London Business School. She also holds the ACCA certification. Simona is fluent in English, French and is a native Romanian.
