Greg Schorr Bio

Greg joined Monument in 2024 as Co-CEO and Operating Partner. Greg has over 35 years of buyout experience and has closed over 80 change of control transactions in his career. Greg has been assisting Monument since April 2022 as the Chairman of Kelly Roofing in Naples, Florida, a Monument portfolio company acquired in 2021. Before Monument, Greg was CEO of Protect Plus Air, LLC, a portfolio company of HKW. Greg has also served as CEO of IFS and Custom Window Systems, both PE backed companies. Greg is a graduate of Duquesne University (BSBA Accounting and MBA), worked at Deloitte & Touche in Pittsburgh, and was Vice President of PNC Bank in Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1997.
