Olivier Wolber Bio

Olivier is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in Germany. He joined Montagu in January 2024 from CMR Surgical, a robotic surgery company, where he served as head of Europe. Prior to this, Olivier held a series of operational leadership roles at Smith & Nephew. He began his career as a strategy consultant at BCG across multiple geographies (France, US, Latin America). He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and from HEC Paris.
