Lauren Spira Bio

Lauren joins Monomoy from Paine Schwartz where she was a manager on their Talent team. Prior to this, she worked at Korn Ferry in executive search. As a member of our Operating team, Lauren will be focused on placing executives at our portfolio companies. Lauren graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Economics. Lauren is an avid fan of the TV series The Crown and—despite her self-proclaimed lack of musical ability—is known for creating custom playlists for every occasion.
