Emily Kane Bio

Emily joined Monomoy in 2018 from Goldman Sachs, where she was focused on employee development as Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs University. Before moving into Human Resources, Emily started her career at Goldman as a financial analyst in investment research. She graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy and holds an M.B.A from Columbia University. In addition to being able to juggle, Emily is oddly passionate about wilderness survival TV (e.g., Naked and Afraid) and dreams of a world in which sweatpants become an acceptable form of business attire (don’t we all).
