Kristina Lee Bio

Kristina joined Monogram in 2021. She evaluates, executes, and supports investments across various consumer and retail verticals. Prior to joining Monogram, Kristina was with Berkshire Partners, a leading private investment firm, where she was a member of the private equity team and focused on investing in and supporting companies including Kendra Scott and Opening Ceremony. She began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where she was in the firm’s consumer and retail leveraged finance practice. Kristina earned a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College (summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
