Danielle Osei Bio

Danielle is Head of Human Capital for Monarch. Prior to joining Monarch in 2022, Danielle was the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at King Street Capital Management, where she oversaw various human resources practice areas. Prior to her role at King Street, Danielle worked in Human Resources at Convergex. Before Danielle began her career in human resources, she was a Teacher and Corps Member through Teach for America. Danielle graduated from Tulane University, magna cum laude, with a B.S. in Management and Accounting and from the New York University with a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
