Henry-Louis is a Managing Partner at MML, leading the firm’s French investment team. At MML Henry-Louis has completed investments into Vulcanic, Coventya, Carré Blanc, Tournus Equipement, Nactis Flavours and Luneau Technology. He represents MML on the board of Tournus Equipement, Nactis Flavours and Luneau Technology. Prior to joining MML, Henry-Louis was in charge of leverage finance, debt structuring and restructuring at Deloitte Corporate Finance in France, having set up the structured finance team there in 2000. He initially started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and spent 10 years at Crédit Agricole Investment Bank (Indosuez) in France and in Asia, arranging large international financings and European LBO transactions. Henry-Louis is a civil engineer and graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
