Eduardo Dávila Bio

Eduardo has over 20 years of experience leading change in different contexts and culturally diverse environments. He began his career in commercial and private banking, but consolidated his role as a business leader at Aon, where he served on the Global Executive Committee as CEO of EMEA and as Co-Chair of its Global Inclusion Leadership Council. He is currently a Senior Advisor in the Global Insurance practice at McKinsey&Co, demonstrating his deep knowledge of the insurance industry. Eduardo holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Humberside University (UK) with honors and the University of Santiago de Compostela; a postgraduate degree in the Organizational Leadership Program at Kellogg School of Management Northwestern (USA); and a postgraduate degree in Leadership, Decision Making and International Relations at Booth School of Business Chicago (USA).
