Harry Joong-gyu Bae Bio

Joong-Gyu Bae is the Director of Mirae Asset PE, and is currently leading our Investment Division 3. Since joining Mirae Asset PE in 2012, he has led the review process and execution of numerous investments. He is currently a member of Mirae Asset Global Investment's Investment Committee. Prior to joining Mirae Asset PE, Mr. Bae has worked at Morgan Stanley Principal Investment Special Situations Group in Seoul, where he evaluated live and potential investment opportunities on distressed debts/equities in Korea. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he also worked at the Financial Advisory Services team of PwC in Seoul. Mr. Bae received a BSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
