Tim Bernica Bio

Tim is a member of Milton Street’s Investment Committee and responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, portfolio company management, deal sourcing, and employee onboarding and training. Prior to joining Milton Street in 2018, he spent 3 years at The Sterling Group where he worked extensively on Sterling’s building products distribution consolidation platform.
