Kevin Crook Bio

Kevin is a member of Milton Street’s Investment Committee and is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, portfolio company management, and compliance. Prior to joining Milton Street in 2018, Kevin was with The Sterling Group both as an investment professional and an adjunct member of the management team for various portfolio companies where he led a number of key projects.
