John Nowaczyk Bio

John serves as a board member and advisor for portfolio investments in the firm’s Technology-driven Manufacturing and Technology-enabled Solutions industry segments. John Nowaczyk is an Operating Partner with 15 years of private equity investing experience. John joined Milestone in 2007 and during his tenure has played several key roles, spanning business development, deal execution, portfolio oversight, fundraising, investor relations, finance, compliance and internal operations. Prior to Milestone John had 15 years of investment banking and consulting experience focused on mergers and acquisitions and private finance, primarily serving lower middle market and emerging growth companies, most notably with the firms Kidder, Peabody & Co., PaineWebber and Legg Mason Wood Walker. John graduated from Harvard College with a B.A in Government.
