Jason Vandermyde Bio

Jason joined Midwest Mezzanine as a Senior Associate in 2022. Prior to joining the team, Jason worked at BMO Harris Bank in the Sponsor Finance group where he exclusively focused on underwriting and structuring debt financing used for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and add-on acquisitions in support of private equity-owned middle market businesses. Jason earned his B.S.B, in both Finance and Entrepreneurship & Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.
