Aidan Clegg Bio

Aidan Clegg is a Partner at Midlothian Capital partners. He is a Non-Executive Director at Dobbies Garden Centres and Park Leisure. Prior to founding MCP Aidan had a 24-year career in corporate finance with UBS, Nomura and BNP Paribas, completing over 40 transactions. Aidan's retail transactions include the disposal of HMV from EMI and the subsequent combination with Waterstone's, the purchase of Ottaker, the sale of Waterstone's and helping defend J Sainsbury from a hostile takeover. Prior to his banking career, Aidan was an auditor at PwC.
